The Positive Black Male Association of Houston, Black Tie Scholarship Gala is PBMA’s premier annual fundraising event designed to close the financial gap of students aspiring toward higher education. This event was derived by members of the Board in 2015 as a way to raise scholarship dollars and to build awareness while bringing together students and the community for a common cause. Now in its 5th year, the Gala has impacted the lives of many students.
